We recommend booking 4-6 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time, especially for weekends and popular characters. We do try to accommodate last-minute bookings whenever possible.
Our characters provide interactive entertainment including dancing, games, face painting (small designs like hearts, stars, butterflies, and crowns on cheeks), story time, photo opportunities, and leading the birthday celebration. Singing is available upon request (subject to performer availability). Simple cheek art is included; balloons are available for an additional fee (subject to availability).
Our characters are portrayed by professional performers, models, and actors who are trained and hired directly by us. Many have experience in acting, singing, and entertainment. We never outsource to other companies - every performer is trained in-house, background-checked, and covered by our insurance for a safe and authentic character experience.
We make rescheduling easy! If you have an emergency or bad weather, we'll happily reschedule your booking as long as the new time is available. Deposits are non-refundable but can be held as credit for up to 1 year.
We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) for deposits online. The remaining balance is payable in cash or via Zelle directly to your performer on the day of the event. A 3% fee applies for full upfront card payments.
We cater to children aged 1 to 10 years. Boys are absolutely welcome at princess parties too! We ensure our games and activities entertain all children, and we offer male character options as well.
Characters cannot perform in rain or extreme heat. Please have a backup indoor location ready for outdoor events. We'll work with you to ensure your party goes smoothly regardless of weather.
